BoostenX timeline

This BoostenX timeline chronological record of key events involving BoostenX, Helixx.ai, Forex Influencer and Hamid Reza Mohagheghi, including documented Iran links, corporate changes, identity shifts, legal developments and major findings from the Thai Crime investigation.

2023 — Bangkok Murder Investigation

In November 2023, Thai authorities investigated the murder of Taiwanese national Chu Chiang Shen in Bangkok. Thai reporting identified Hamid Reza Mohagheghi, also known publicly as Tony M. Cyrus, as a person sought in connection with the case. Mohagheghi had previously been linked to BoostenX through Thai corporate records and the FRTO Enterprise company structure. The murder investigation later became an important part of Thai Crime’s broader examination of BoostenX, Helixx.ai and related corporate and identity links.

2024 — FRTO Enterprise Dissolved and Helixx.ai Corporate Link Emerges

In 2024, FRTO Enterprise Co., Ltd., the Thai company linked to BoostenX, was dissolved. Around the same period, Singapore corporate records connected Hamid Reza Mohagheghi to YHVH Cyrus Enterprises Pte. Ltd., the company behind Helixx.ai. The records provided another documented link between Mohagheghi, the earlier BoostenX corporate structure and the later Helixx.ai operation.

2024–2025 — LinkedIn Identity Changes

During this period, a LinkedIn account associated with Tony M. Cyrus was repeatedly renamed, including to Zara Ayden and later Daniel P., while older Tony M. Cyrus-era posts and BoostenX-related activity remained visible. The changing profile identities became an important part of Thai Crime’s documentation of the broader BoostenX and Helixx.ai network.

2025–2026 — Forex Influencer Agency and the BoostenX Connection

Forex Influencer Agency later emerged with its own international marketing presentation, including a claimed Hong Kong headquarters at an address associated with HSBC’s headquarters. Recruitment material and LinkedIn activity connected the brand back to BoostenX, including references to Daniel P. as “Head of Enterprise Sales & Growth @ BoostenX.” The overlap in personnel, branding history, office claims and business presentation made Forex Influencer Agency another important part of Thai Crime’s investigation into the broader network.

2026 — Helixx.ai, YHVH Cyrus Enterprises and Continuing Iran Links

By 2026, Helixx.ai was publicly presented as a newer AI-focused operation tied to YHVH Cyrus Enterprises Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. Corporate records reviewed by Thai Crime identified Hamid Reza Mohagheghi as the controlling shareholder, continuing the documented connection between the earlier BoostenX structure and the later Helixx.ai operation. Helixx.ai also presented a virtual-office location as its Singapore headquarters, echoing earlier BoostenX patterns of using shared or virtual office addresses as part of an international corporate presentation. Helixx.ai has denied an Iran connection, but the corporate and identity records reviewed by Thai Crime continue to document Mohagheghi’s Iranian nationality and his role in the companies examined in this investigation.

2026 — Ongoing Investigation and New Findings

Thai Crime continues to document new corporate records, website changes, staff and identity overlaps, office claims, search-engine activity and other developments involving BoostenX, Helixx.ai and Forex Influencer Agency. New findings are added to the main investigation and supporting reports as they are independently reviewed.
