Is Helixx.ai Linked to Iran? What Public Records Shows

Is Helixx.ai linked to Iran? Public records show a direct ownership-and-nationality connection. Helixx.ai identifies YHVH Cyrus Enterprises Pte. Ltd. as the company behind the product. A Singapore corporate profile dated 19 January 2024 lists Hamid Reza Mohagheghi as holding six of the company’s ten ordinary shares, while Thai corporate records identify him as Iranian.

This article focuses on the documentary trail linking Helixx.ai to YHVH Cyrus Enterprises, Hamid Reza Mohagheghi and the earlier BoostenX/FRTO corporate structure identified in Thai records.

The Helixx.ai–Iran evidence chain

Helixx.ai → YHVH Cyrus Enterprises Pte. Ltd. → Hamid Reza Mohagheghi → Thai corporate records identifying him as Iranian. The chain is supported by Helixx.ai’s own disclosures, Singapore corporate records and Thai company records.

1. Helixx.ai names a Singapore-registered developer

Helixx.ai’s own About page and website footer identify YHVH Cyrus Enterprises Pte. Ltd. as the company behind the product and list Singapore UEN 202240171D. This is a direct disclosure by Helixx.ai itself, not an inference based on a similar company name or outside reporting.

The same UEN appears in the Singapore business-profile extract reproduced in Thai Crime’s Exhibit 2, linking Helixx.ai’s named developer to the registered company in the corporate record. The matching company name and registration number establish that connection directly.

2. The Singapore record names Hamid Reza Mohagheghi

The ACRA business-profile extract reproduced in Exhibit 2 is dated 19 January 2024. It lists Hamid Reza Mohagheghi as holding six of YHVH Cyrus Enterprises Pte. Ltd.’s ten ordinary shares, giving him a 60% majority interest, with Chua Sok Hoon holding the remaining four. The same Singapore record lists Mohagheghi’s nationality as Vanuatu, while Thai corporate records identify him as Iranian.

The January 2024 ACRA extract establishes Mohagheghi’s majority shareholding at that date. Combined with Helixx.ai’s own identification of YHVH Cyrus Enterprises as the company behind the product, the record directly connects Mohagheghi to the corporate entity operating Helixx.ai. Thai Crime has also reviewed a Vanuatu passport issued in his name that lists his place of birth as Qom, Iran, providing an additional documentary link to Iran.

Singapore evidence — Thai Crime’s Exhibit 2 reproduces a shareholder extract dated 19 January 2024. It records six shares for Mohagheghi and four for Chua; the website-to-company connection is established separately by Helixx.ai’s own disclosure.

3. Thai records supply the Iranian-nationality link

Thai corporate records provide the clearest Iranian-nationality link. Department of Business Development records identify Hamid Reza Mohagheghi as an Iranian director and 66% shareholder of FRTO Enterprise Co., Ltd. BoostenX previously stated on its own website that it operated under FRTO Enterprise, directly tying Mohagheghi’s Thai corporate role to the earlier BoostenX structure

The significance is the continuity around Mohagheghi: Thai records identify him as the controlling shareholder of FRTO Enterprise, while the Singapore profile lists him as the majority shareholder of YHVH Cyrus Enterprises. The two companies are separate legal entities, but the same individual sits at the center of both corporate structures.

Vanuatu citizenship by investment and the Iranian identity in Thai records

The Singapore extract lists Mohagheghi as Vanuatu, while Thai corporate records identify him as Iranian. Thai Crime has also reviewed a Vanuatu passport issued in his name that lists his birthplace as Qom, Iran.

vanuatu operates a citizenship-by-investment program, meaning citizenship can be acquired through an approved financial contribution rather than by birth or ancestry. The Vanuatu nationality shown in the Singapore record therefore does not conflict with the separate evidence identifying Mohagheghi’s Iranian origins.

The Vanuatu nationality entry does not displace the Thai records identifying Mohagheghi as Iranian. The records simply reflect different aspects of his documented nationality history.

The Iranian-nationality finding rests on Thai corporate records, supported by the broader documentary record connecting the same named individual to YHVH Cyrus Enterprises and Helixx.ai.

What does “Helixx.ai linked to Iran” establish—and what does it not?

The supported conclusion is narrow: the company named by Helixx.ai had a majority shareholder in the January 2024 Singapore record who is identified as Iranian in Thai corporate material. A reader can follow the chain without treating nationality as proof of misconduct.

These sources do not establish Iranian incorporation, Iranian government ownership or direction, operations in Iran, or wrongdoing. They also do not independently establish today’s shareholder register. Those would be separate claims requiring separate, current evidence.

The Iranian-nationality finding rests on Thai corporate records, supported by the broader documentary record connecting the same named individual to YHVH Cyrus Enterprises and Helixx.ai.

So, is Helixx.ai linked to Iran? Yes — through documented corporate and ownership connections. Helixx.ai identifies YHVH Cyrus Enterprises Pte. Ltd. as the company behind the product, Singapore records list Hamid Reza Mohagheghi as its majority shareholder, and Thai corporate records identify Mohagheghi as Iranian.
